Privacy Policy for Punch It!

CT ("we," "us," or "our") provides the Punch It! mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the App and the choices available to you.

Information stored on your device

The App stores game progress and preferences locally on your device. This may include coins, unlocked content, upgrades, achievements, challenge progress, daily rewards, sound and haptic settings, and a Training Dummy face drawing you create. The App does not upload that drawing to our servers.

The App does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, camera, microphone, or payment information. The App has no real-money purchases.

Information processed by service providers

Firebase Analytics

Firebase Analytics helps us understand how the App is used and improve reliability and gameplay. It may process app-instance or device identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, device and app information, session and screen activity, and gameplay events such as app opens, target completions, upgrades, achievements, daily rewards, and completed rewarded ads.

Google AdMob

AdMob provides optional rewarded advertisements. When advertising services are used, Google may process IP address and approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, product interactions, diagnostics, crash data, and performance data for advertising, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

Rewarded advertisements only open after you choose an in-app reward option. Advertising availability and personalization may depend on your region, consent choices, device settings, and Google's policies.

Consent and privacy choices

Where required, the App uses Google's consent platform to ask for advertising choices. You can reopen available privacy choices from the App's settings. You can also limit advertising personalization through your device settings. Withdrawing consent does not necessarily stop processing required for non-personalized advertising, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data described above may be collected or shared with Google as our analytics and advertising service provider. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Data retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall it, subject to device backup behavior. Data processed by Google is retained according to Google's settings and policies.

Because the App has no user accounts, there is no account-deletion feature. For privacy or deletion questions, email punchit.support@gmail.com. We may be unable to identify analytics or advertising records that are not associated with your contact details.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us.

International processing

Google may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Google describes its safeguards in its privacy documentation.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures for information under our control, including encrypted local game storage and encrypted network transport provided by our service providers. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date.
