App: With you (pregnancy and postpartum companion)
Publisher: TA QUOC CUONG (individual developer).

This Privacy Policy describes how the With you mobile application (“App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the App on Android and iOS. By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
This summary is for convenience only. The full policy below controls.
The App helps you track pregnancy and postpartum-related information. Depending on how you use it, locally stored data may include, for example:
Sensitive data: Much of this is health- or pregnancy-related and may be sensitive. It stays on your device unless you export, share, back up, or transfer it using features you start, or unless your operating system backs up app data (e.g. device backup to iCloud or Google).
Deletion: Use in-app delete or reset options where available. Uninstalling the App may remove local data depending on your platform and backup settings.
| Area | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Camera | Optional: scan a QR code when importing a backup from another device; optional photo capture in features you use (e.g. journals or belly photos). |
| Photos / media library | Optional: pick images or files (including backup packages) where the App offers those actions. |
| Notifications | Deliver local reminders you schedule (e.g. appointments, feeding). |
| Internet | Load AdMob ads; open educational links or videos (e.g. YouTube search or watch URLs) when you choose them; support steps in backup transfer flows that use the network. |
| Local network | Optional: transfer backup data between nearby devices on the same Wi‑Fi when you use send/receive backup. Traffic is between your devices; we do not host or receive that data. |
We request permissions only for these purposes. Denying a permission may limit related features.
When you use Data management (or related flows), you may:
Important:
The App uses Google AdMob to show banner ads on some screens.
When ads are shown, Google and its partners may collect and process information such as:
Processing is governed by Google’s policies, including:
iOS App Tracking Transparency: On iPhone and iPad, the App may show Apple’s system prompt asking whether to allow tracking across other companies’ apps and websites. This uses the advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you tap Allow. If you tap Ask App Not to Track, ads may still appear but are typically less personalized. You can change your choice later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
You can limit ad personalization on your device:
The App may apply content rating and frequency limits for ads in the App’s code; this does not change that Google’s SDK processes data as described above when ads load.
Feedback: If you use menu actions that open your email client, you send the message yourself; we only receive what you choose to include.
Share / export: Content leaves your device through the system share sheet or app you pick.
Educational links and videos: The App may open external sites (e.g. YouTube) in your browser or an in-app view. Those services have their own privacy policies.
AI assistant (not in current release): The codebase includes optional integration with Google’s Generative AI (Gemini) for a chat feature, but it is turned off in the shipping configuration (AIConfig.isEnabled = false) and is not linked from the App menu in this release. If we enable it in a future version, we will update this policy to describe that messages (and optional images you send) are processed by Google according to Google’s privacy terms, and that chat history may be stored locally on your device.
Cloud sync: There is experimental/placeholder code for cloud providers, but the cloud sync controls are not shown in the current Data management UI. We do not sync your data to Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox, or similar on your behalf in this release.
The App does not integrate a separate first-party analytics or crash reporting SDK (such as Firebase Analytics) that sends your health content to our servers.
Charts and “analytics” labels inside the App (e.g. health or expense summaries) are computed on your device from your local data.
If we add optional analytics or crash tools later, we will update this policy and, where required, app store disclosures and consent flows.
The App is intended for adults planning or managing pregnancy and infant care. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for targeted advertising. If you believe a child has provided information to us in a way that concerns you, contact us at the email above.
If you use the App outside the country where the publisher is based, your information may be processed on your device and, when ads or optional network features run, by Google and other processors according to their global infrastructure and policies.
The App provides organizational and educational tools only. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Always follow your healthcare provider’s advice. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
We use measures appropriate for a consumer app that stores data locally, including optional password-based encryption for backup files you create. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure. Protect your device (passcode/biometrics), backup passwords, and avoid sharing unlocked devices or unencrypted backup files.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information. Because data is stored on your device, you can often exercise these rights directly in the App (delete entries, clear data, uninstall). For other requests, email taqcuong1996@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time where applicable law requires.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes may also be reflected in the App description on app stores. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised policy.
